I'm Jasmine Stokes, a social media strategist who spent six years building content systems, community frameworks, and crisis protocols for Meta, Whole Foods, Target, and USAA.

Now I bring that same enterprise-level thinking to small businesses and growing teams in Santa Fe and beyond. I build custom strategy infrastructure: the systems, frameworks, and processes that make your social presence sustainable, strategic, and actually tied to business goals.

How I Got Here

This is the part where you expect me to say I've always known what I wanted to do. I didn't. But I always knew what I cared about: clarity, connection, and helping people communicate what matters.

My college degree is in Ayurvedic Medicine. Yes, really.

I was diagnosed with a rare chronic disability that affects my lymphatic system, and Western medicine, while lifesaving, didn't have all the answers. I stumbled into Ayurveda through nutrition & activities that support lymphatic health, fell down the rabbit hole, and eventually enrolled in the only accredited bachelor's program for Ayurvedic Medicine in the U.S.

Here's the thing people always ask me: "What does Ayurvedic Medicine have to do with social media strategy?"

The truth is they require the same lens: What's realistic for this person, in this context, right now? You can have the perfect content calendar, but if it doesn't fit your actual capacity, it's useless. I think holistically. I think in systems. I see patterns, connections, and opportunities others miss.

A Little More About Me

I live in Santa Fe with my partner and our two dogs, including Po'a, the newest addition from the Santa Fe Animal Shelter. This is the first place that's ever felt like home after living in 14 different U.S. cities over 31 years.

When I'm not working, you'll find me: running or hiking with the dogs, baking sourdough (mildly obsessed), training for a half marathon, or at La Choza approximately seven days a week.

What matters most to me beyond the work? Radical empathy and making space for people to be seen.
